OBJECTIVE:
To determine the procedure for pressure difference qualification and to establish that desired quantity of air is supplied to the rooms and the areas by the AHU to meet the required environmental standards and desired pressure.
- SCOPE:
This protocol is applicable for Pressure difference qualification at company name XXX
- RESPONSIBILITY:
The Pressure difference qualification shall be carried out at below mentioned frequency:
- Engineering Department: To prepare protocol for AHU and supervision of activity and record the observations.
- Production Department: To review the r protocol and support the testing related activity as per acceptance criteria.
- Warehouse Department: To review the protocol and support the testing related activity as per acceptance criteria.
- Quality Control Department: To review protocol and perform testing-related activity (viable particle count).
- Quality Assurance Department: To review, approval, issue, implement of revalidation protocol, and supervise revalidation activities.
FREQUENCY OF pressure-difference qualification:
- Revalidation of AHU shall be done in the following conditions:
Note: AHU recovery and airflow pattern tests shall be performed in Class ISO-7
