PROCEDURE FOR FILTER CLEANING REQUEST FORM

  • OBJECTIVE:

To lay down a procedure for Filter Cleaning Request Form.

  • SCOPE:

This SOP is applicable for Filter Cleaning Request Form at {Company Name} {Company Location}.

  • RESPONSIBILITY:
  •  Production Executive – Shall be responsible for initiating and certification of the Filter Cleaning request form.
  • Engineering Executive/Technical Assistant – Shall be responsible for receiving and attending the Filter Cleaning request activity.
  • Head / Designee– Engineering is responsible to compliance of this SOP.
  • ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • PROCEDURE:
  • The concerned user department personnel shall initiate filter cleaning request form as per  (Annexure-I) for filter cleaning either related to equipment or HVAC to the engineering department.
  • In filter cleaning request form the concerned user department shall specify the reason for filter cleaning activity along with area of work, i.e. HVAC, Process Maintenance, and others.
  •  Concerned User department personnel shall mention initiator name, sign, date and time in the initiated by column and then forward the request to the concerned engineering technical assistant/executive.
  •  The technical assistant / executive who receives the filter cleaning request form shall mention his name, sign, date and time in the received by column.
  • The engineering technical assistant shall attend the filter cleaning work and shall mention name, sign, date and time in the attended by column and shall clean the filters as per respective SOP.
  • After completion of the filter cleaning activity the engineering technical assistant/executive shall review the work and handover the Filter cleaning request form for Certification to the initiating department.
  • The initiating department shall verify the filter for cleanliness and certify for work completion in Certified by column.
  • Ones after certification of the work the original copy of Filter cleaning request form shall be filed by engineering department and duplicate shall be filed by concerned user department.
