MONITORING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS IN QUALITY CONTROL

  • PROCEDURE:
  • Monitoring And Maintenance of Environmental Conditions:
  • Environmental conditions such as Temperature / RH / Differential pressure shall be monitor in Quality Control areas as per applicable.
  • Technical Assistant/Executive QC/Micro of Quality Control personnel shall monitor Temperature / RH / Differential pressure (As applicable) in Quality Control department and record in the given format.
  • The frequency of monitoring shall be morning and evening.
  • Temperature of respective areas shall meet the acceptance limit and recorded data shall be verified by the concern department in charge (Sr. Executive /Asst. Manager/ Manager) once in a day.
  • In case any of Temperature is not in the specified limit, the same shall be informed to the engineering personal for the necessary corrective action immediately and initiate the PNC as per SOP.
  • Wherever Data loggers are used for monitoring environmental conditions data should be downloaded for every one week and the data should be filed.
  • In case of public holidays and on unplanned days the data should be downloaded on the subsequent day and should be filed.
  • Wherever Data loggers are used for monitoring environmental conditions data should be downloaded for every one week and the data should be filed.
  • Outer corridor’s Air Handling units shall be continuously running irrespective of activity in area.
