- PROCEDURE:
- Ensure that the given code is being identified easily.
- List out all the standard instrument codes as per Annexure-I.
- List out all the Standard instruments used for the calibration / validation as per Annexure-II.
- The coding for the Standard instruments will be given as per
AAA/XXX/YYY-NN.
Where,
AAA: represent Company name Abbreviations. XX: represent the category of the instrument
YYY:- represent unique Serial No. .
NN:- Indicates serial number of replacements instrument
- Any new instrument commissioned after execution of this SOP will be taken up for Coding as additional to the existing codes in the similar format as per Annexure-I and Annexure-II.
- Annexure-I will be updated when the new standard instrument is assigned in list. And the calibration master schedule shall be updated as per the SOP
