CLEANING PROCEDURE FOR LIFTING AND POSITIONING DEVICE (MAKE: TAPASYA, CAPACITY- 150 L)

    Liftning & Positining Device
    • A Lifting and Positioning Device (LPD) is an industrial tool designed to elevate and movement of various containers or bins within a manufacturing facility. These devices are particularly useful for handling heavy, bulky, or difficult containers, promoting safety and efficiency. These are use to place heavy container of blend on the hopper of compression machine.
    • CLEANING PROCEDURE FOR LIFTING AND POSITIONING DEVICE:
    • TYPE “A” CLEANING:
    • Ensure that the status label shall be updated as “TO BE CLEANED”.
    • Ensure that the mains to the machine are switched off before cleaning.
    • Clean the LPD arm, handle ,IPC and the column with dry lint free cloth until the equipment should be visually cleaned and affix “CLEANED” label.
    • Enter the cleaning details in the Equipment Logbook.
    • Frequency: After every batch of the same product.
    • Type “B” Cleaning:
    • Ensure that the status label shall be updated as “TO BE CLEANED”.
    • Ensure that mains to the machine are switched off before cleaning.
    • Cover the panel board with polyethylene bag. Unlock and remove the IPC from the LPD arm.
    • Label it as “TO BE CLEANED” and transfer to wash area. Clean the LPD arm, handle and the column with lint free cloth dipped in potable water.
    • Then wipe the LPD arm, handle and the column with lint free cloth dipped in purified water followed by dry lint free cloth. Ensure the machine should be visually cleaned.
    • Affix “CLEANED” label. Enter the cleaning details in the Equipment Logbook.
    •  Note for Type B Cleaning:
    •   For Type B Cleaning first clean the equipment with lint free cloth then after clean with potable water. If needed the equipment surface can be rubbed with nylon brush or lint free cloth. If a product is not clean with water, then a cleaning agent can be added in potable water. Then after rinse with potable water and followed the rinsing of equipment with purified water. After rinsing equipment shall be dry with compressed air then wipe with lint free cloth. After drying the surface of equipment shall be wiped with 70% IPA.
    • Frequency
    •   After every batch of same product from higher to lower strength and lower to higher strength.
    • For Product-to-Product changeovers.
    • Major breakdown of equipment.
    • As when required.
