INVESTIGATION REPORT
Hardness Failure During In-Process Check at Compression Stage
1. Objective
To investigate and identify the root cause for the failure in tablet hardness observed during the in-process check at the compression stage for Amlodipine Tablet 10 mg, Batch No. PGH/T/25-002 on 21/07/25, and to recommend suitable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.

It’s great to see such a thorough investigation into the hardness failure. I’d be curious to know if the corrective actions being recommended are focused on adjustments in the formulation or the compression equipment settings to prevent this in future batches.
