Okamet 500 Tablet is a medicine used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps control blood sugar levels and thus prevents serious complications of diabetes. It is also used to treat a menstruation-related disorder known as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in women.

What if you forget to take the Okamet tablet?

If you miss a dose of Okamet 500 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
