The following terms apply to any products you have purchased with us.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date of your purchase.
To exercise your right to a refund, please inform us of your decision through a clear statement. You can do this by sending an email to info@pharmaguidehub.com.
We will process your reimbursement no later than 14 days from the day we receive your refund request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
- The documents were purchased within the last 7 days.
- The documents have not been downloaded, and there are 2 remaining download attempts.
- Documents that have been downloaded are not eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to decline a refund request for any purchase that does not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.
Please note that only regular-priced documents are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, documents on sale cannot be refunded.
