CLEANING AND SANITIZATION OF HPHV STEAM STERILIZER

• PROCEDURE:
• HPHV STEAM STERILIZER
• Make: Pharma lab

• CLEANING OF AUTOCLAVE:
• Put OFF the power, before use cleaning the Autoclave.
• Open the non-sterile side door.
• Clean the chamber and trays by mopping with tap water, keeping the chamber drain valve open, if required use a brush and sanitize with lint free cloth soaked in 70% IPA.
• Daily once drain the water in the Steam generator.
• Record the details in “Autoclave cleaning and sanitization Record” as per Format-I.
