- PROCEDURE:
- COOLING INCUBATOR : A cooling incubator is a piece of laboratory equipment that can maintain a constant cool temperature inside, regardless of the room temperature. This is achieved through a built-in refrigeration system, similar to a refrigerator but typically more precise in temperature control.
- Cleaning procedure:
- Make: Newtronic
- Switch off the MAINS of incubator.
- Clean the inner walls and trays using a wet mop followed by spraying of 70% IPA (Follow as per the SOP and allow it to dry.
- Replace the culture tubes, culture suspensions and other accessories back and switch “ON” the MAINS of incubator.
- Record the cleaning activity in Format-I. (cleaning and sanitization of cooling incubator)
