- PROCEDURE:
- Dynamic Pass Box: Dynamic pass box is a self-contained chamber used to transfer objects between areas (Classified and Unclassified) with different levels of contamination control. It is most commonly used in cleanrooms, which are environments that are kept free of dust, airborne microbes, and other contaminants.
- CLEANING:
- Switch off the main of the pass box wherever applicable.
- Clean the inner and outer surface with lint free cloth dipped in purified water.
- Finally wipe the inner and outer surface with dry lint free cloth.
- Check the functioning of UV lamp and CF light wherever applicable, if not working inform to the maintenance department for replacement.
- Record the cleaning activity of pass box in Format-I, Cleaning record of Pass box.
- Frequency: Daily.
