CLEANING OF FOGGER

  • OBJECTIVE:
  • To lay down a procedure for Cleaning of Fogger.
  • SCOPE:
  • This SOP is applicable to the procedure for Cleaning of Fogger at {Company Name} {Location}.
  • RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Officer/Executive/Designee (QC) Micro. – Shall be responsible to perform the cleaning activity as per SOP.
  • Head/Designee Quality Control – Shall be responsible for ensuring compliance as per SOP.
  • ACCOUNTABILITY:
  • QA Head shall be Accountable for implementation of SOP.
  • PROCEDURE:
  • Fogging machine: a fogger usually refers to a fogging machine. This machine disperses a fine mist, or fog, of disinfectant or other chemicals into the air.
  • Cleaning:
  • Fog out 500 ml of plain water after every use to clean the internal tubing’s.
  • Never tamper with the nozzle; it may leads to permanent damage.
  • Before cleaning, ensure the power supply is “OFF”.
  • Clean the external surface with dry cloth, after completion of fogging.
