- PRECAUTIONS:
- Check the cooling tower water level which should be above half level, if needed fill with water.
- Ensure that the suction and delivery valves of cooling water pump are open.
- Check the Main power supply is available.
- Check for any abnormal noise in the fan, motor, drive shaft and gear reducer.
- STARTING PROCEDURE:
- Switch on the input power supply of the cooling tower pumps.
- Start the cooling tower pumps.
- Start the cooling tower fans.
- Record readings as per enclosed Annexure-I.
- STOPPING PROCEDURE:
- Switch off the Cooling tower pumps.
- Switch off the cooling tower fans.
- Record readings as per enclosed Annexure-I.
