- PROCEDURE:
- Starting Procedure:
- Ensure that AHU runs before Switching ON Dehumidifier.
- Operate the AHU as per the SOP.
- Ensure that Process air & Reactivation air Dampers of the dehumidifier are in open condition.
- Switch ON the main MCB.
- Select the Auto mode to operate automatically and Manual mode to operate the system in manual mode. Turn the selector switch to ON position.
- Ensure the set parameters of dehumidifier Safety thermostat should be 160°C, cool down thermostat should be 70°C and operation thermostat should be in the range of 100°C – 140°C.
- If the Dehumidifier runs continuously, put ‘RC’ in ON time column of log sheet.
- Stopping Procedure:
- Switch OFF the ON/OFF switch.
- Switch OFF the MCB.
- Close the process air and reactivation air dampers after switching off the dehumidifier.
- If the Dehumidifier runs continuously, put ‘RC’ in OFF time column of log sheet.
- Whenever performed preventive maintenance activity and filter cleaning activity the same shall be recorded in the remark’s column.
