- OPERATING PROCEDURE OF GARMENT CUBICLE:
- A garment cubicle is a specialized type of cabinet designed for storing garments, particularly in controlled environments.
- Switch ON the main power supply.
- There are six switches at the right side panel of the instrument:
- Switch (1&2) for air Flow – LAF – ‘ON & OFF’Switch (3&4) for light – LUX – ‘ON & OFF’Switch (5&6) for UV light – ‘UV’ – ‘ON & OFF’
- Switch on the Air flow and UV for at least 30 min before use to stabilize.
- When loading or unloading the garments put off the UV switch.
- Put on the Drying Switch for some time after keeping the garment to remove any moisture content.
- Switch ‘OFF’ the power at the end of the day after use.
- Maintain a record for UV lamp consumed every day and maintain the initial burning capacity (usually 2000 hrs.) of the lamp or as mentioned by the manufacturer.
