OPERATION OF PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEM

• PROCEDURE:

•   Procedure for the Operation of biometric Access:
• Ensure that the station is ON and Normal display is showing.
• Insert the docket or any applicable items in to the carrier and close it properly.
• Insert the Carrier in to the tube and make sure that the carrier opening is at top Side.
• Leave the carrier in to the inlet tube connected to the station.
• Dial the destination number on the display station as per the Annexure-I and wait for a few seconds.
• Observe that the carrier shall be move aside and pulled by the main conveying tube to send it to the destination.
• Check with the other end to ensure the docket/applicable item reached.
• OES Functions indicators are as per the Annexure-II. Observe the OES Function Indicators if any abnormal function alert observed inform the Engineering department through Breakdown request as per the SOP.
