OPERATION PROCEDURE OF DUST COLLECTOR

  • PROCEDURE:
  • Dust collector unit comprises a set of Pleated cartridge filters and HEPA filters at the exhaust to collect the dust which is coming out from process area and the dust collector unit have been designed to meet the air filtration needs of industries and research facilities to handle dangerous, toxic, biological and cryogenic material.
  •        OPERATION:
  • Switch ON the Main power supply.
  • Switch ON machine and then, machine will start automatically.
  • Check & ensure the compressed air pressure in between the limit 3.0 – 3.5 Kg/Cm².
  • Check & ensure the differential pressure across the pleated cartridge filter  (3micron) should NMT 250 mm of WC.
  • Check & ensure the differential pressure across the HEPA filter should be 25-75 mm of  WC.
  • STOPPING PROCEDURE:
  • Switch off the main supply.
