- OBJECTIVE:
To lay down a procedure for preparation of disinfectant solution.
- SCOPE:
This SOP is applicable for preparation of disinfectant solution at {Company Name} {Company Location}.
- RESPONSIBILITY:
- HR Officer Designee shall be supervise to housekeeping to follow the instruction as per procedure.
- HR Manager/Designee shall be responsible for review, technical correction, Training & monitoring of SOP.
- QA Manager shall be responsible for approval of SOP.
- ACCOUNTABILITY:
QA Manager and HR Manager shall be accountable for the implementation and compliance of SOP.
- PROCEDURE:
- Disinfectant solution to be prepared daily in the respective area as per requirement.
- Disinfectant solution to be prepared in the clean container using measuring cylinder.
- Discard the used solution immediately after use.
- Unused disinfectant solution to be discarded at the end of the day.
- Disinfectant solution shall be prepared as per below table:
