PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE:

A preventive maintenance checklist for a blister packing machine in the pharmaceutical industry typically includes items like checking and lubricating moving parts, inspecting tooling and wear parts, cleaning the machine, and testing safety features.

Regular preventive maintenance helps to ensure the machine’s reliability, accuracy, and safety, and can help to prevent costly breakdowns and downtime.

IMPORTANCE OF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE:

A preventive maintenance checklist for a blister packing machine in the pharmaceutical industry is crucial for several reasons. It helps ensure product quality and consistency by preventing machine breakdowns and reducing errors. Regular maintenance also improves the machine’s efficiency and extends its lifespan, leading to cost savings in the long run. Additionally, a well-maintained machine is safer for operators, reducing the risk of accidents and injuries. By adhering to a preventive maintenance checklist, pharmaceutical manufacturers can maintain high production standards, ensure product safety, and comply with regulatory requirements.
