PROCEDURE FOR ENTRY AND EXIT AT PURIFIED WATER SYSTEM

  • OBJECTIVE:

To lay down a procedure for Entry and Exit at Purified water system.

  • SCOPE:

This SOP is applicable for Entry and Exit at Purified water system at {Company Name} {Company Location}.

  • RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Technical Assistant –Engineering shall follow the procedure for Entry and Exit to the Purified water system.
  • Executive – Engineering shall ensure the compliance as per SOP.
  • ACCOUNTABILITY:

Engineering Head

Head Quality Assurance

  • PROCEDURE:
  • Entry Procedure
  • Enter in to the change room.
    • Leave your street footwear in the designated place.
    • Wear the primary foot wear which was kept in the designated place.
    • Enter into the water system room.
    • Exit Procedure
      • Exit from the plant room and enter the change room.
      • Remove the Primary footwear and keep in designated place.
      • Wear street footwear.
      • Exit from the change room.

Note: Shoe covers shall be provided for visitors.
