PROCEDURE FOR RECRUITMENT

  • OBJECTIVE:

To lay down a procedure for Recruitment.

  • SCOPE:

This SOP is applicable for Recruitment at {Company Name} {Company Location}.

  • RESPONSIBILITY:
  •  HR Officer/ Executive shall be responsible for Follow the instruction as per procedure.
  •  HR Manager shall Review, technical correction, training & monitoring of SOP.
  • ACCOUNTABILITY:

QA Manager shall be accountable for Approval & Implementation of SOP.

  • PROCEDURE:
  • SELECTION PROCEDURE:
  • Concerned department Manager or Head shall submit the vacancy requisition form as per Annexure-I with Job Specification as per format to HR department.
  • The HR department shall forward this requisition form to senior management for approval.
  • After getting approval from senior management HR department start searching the candidate from employee reference or job portals, to fill the vacant or required post.
  • After getting a suitable candidate as per job specification, the HR department arrange the interview with the concern department Manager / Head.
  • If a candidate is found a suitable HR Department prepare the offer letter of selected candidate.
  • After getting the offer letter the candidate has to undergo pre-employment medical checkup as per the respective SOP.
  • After getting a satisfactory medical report from medical practitioner, further joining formalities to be performed.
  • List of employees shall be prepared by HR officer/executive.
  • The list of employees shall be updated every year or as and when required.
