CLEANING OF DYNAMIC AND STATIC PASS BOX

  • OBJECTIVE:

To lay down a procedure for cleaning of Dynamic and Static Pass Box.

  • SCOPE:

This SOP is applicable for cleaning of Dynamic and Static Pass Box at {Company Name} {Company Location}.

  • RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Technical Assistant – Production is responsible for cleaning of Pass Box.
  • Executive – Production is responsible to ensure activity as per SOP.
  • Production Head – shall be responsible to ensure compliance as per SOP.
  • ACCOUNTABILITY:

Engineering Head

Head Quality Assurance

  • PROCEDURE:
  • Switch off the main of the pass box wherever applicable.
  • Clean the inner and outer surface with lint free cloth dipped in purified water.
  • Finally wipe the inner and outer surface with dry lint free cloth.
  • Check the functioning of UV lamp and CF light wherever applicable, if not working inform to the maintenance department for replacement.
  • Record the cleaning activity of pass box in Annexure-I.
