- PROCEDURE:
- BOD Incubator
- Make : Newtronic
- Cleaning procedure:
- Switch off the MAINS of incubator.
- Clean the inner walls and trays using a wet mop followed by spraying of 70% IPA and allow it to dry.
- Replace the culture plates, Broth bottles and flasks back and switch “ON” the MAINS of incubator.
- Record the cleaning activity in Format-I. (Cleaning and sanitization record for Incubator).
