CALIBRATION OF LABORATORY INCUBATOR (Make: NEWTRONIC)

• PROCEDURE:
• LABORATORY INCUBATOR
• Make: NEWTRONIC

• Keep the calibrated thermometer in the center of the Incubator.
• Set the temperature controller knob at 57.5 ℃, wait until the temperature is stable and Measure the temperature with calibrated thermometer.
• Note down the readings in calibration record as per Format -I.
• The tolerance limit is ± 2°C from the set temperature.
• If the calibration is not proper report the results to the departmental head for taking an appropriate action.
• Frequency of Calibration is Half yearly
